My account appears to be locked. What should I do?

Account locks can occur after multiple failed login attempts as a security measure. They may also occur if a security review has been triggered on your account. Your transaction history, bet records, and gaming sessions are all available inside your account. Use them to track your spending and stay on top of your gaming activity.

Mobile App Access

Log in from the newplus app on your Android or iOS device for a seamless mobile experience. Your account is the same across all platforms — app, mobile browser, or desktop.

Logging In to newplus

The newplus login page is the starting point for everything on the platform. Once you are in, your account dashboard gives you instant access to your balance, active bets, and the full range of games and betting markets available.

Logging in takes just a few seconds. Enter your registered mobile number or email address, type in your password, and you are in. If you are accessing from a new device or browser, an OTP (one-time password) will be sent to your registered mobile number as a security step. This protects your account from unauthorised access even if someone else gets hold of your password.

Keeping Your Account Secure

Account security is something we take seriously at newplus, and there are practical steps every player should follow to keep their account safe.

Use a strong, unique password. Your newplus password should not be the same as your email, GCash, Maya, or any other account password. A mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols is ideal.
Keep your registered mobile number up to date. OTP verification is sent to your registered number. If you change your phone number, update your account details promptly so you do not lose access.
Never share your login credentials. newplus support staff will never ask for your password. Do not share your username, password, or OTP with anyone — not even someone claiming to be from newplus.
Log out on shared devices. If you access newplus from a device that other people use — a shared computer, a family tablet — always log out after each session and do not save your credentials in the browser.
Report suspicious activity immediately. If you notice any transactions, bets, or login activity on your account that you did not authorise, contact us at [email protected] right away.

Accessing newplus From Any Device

newplus is designed to work on whatever device you are using. Whether you log in from a desktop browser in your Quezon City home office, a smartphone while commuting in Metro Manila, or a tablet in Davao, the experience is the same. Your balance, bet history, and account settings are always in sync.

For the best mobile experience, the newplus app is available to download. Visit the App page for details on how to get it. If you prefer not to install an app, the mobile browser version works just as well on any modern smartphone.

All connections to newplus.vu are protected by SSL encryption. This means your login credentials and account data are transmitted securely every time you log in, whether you are on Wi-Fi, mobile data, or any other connection.

Play Responsibly: newplus is for adults 21 years of age and older. When you log in, we encourage you to set a gaming budget for the session before you start. If you ever feel that gaming is affecting your wellbeing, read our Responsible Gaming guidelines or contact our support team.

One Account for Everything

A newplus account is an all-in-one access point. Sports betting, live casino, slots — all of these are available from a single login. You do not need separate accounts for different parts of the platform, and your PHP balance is shared across all of them.

If you have not yet explored all sections of the platform, logging in is the best way to start. Check out the Sports section for basketball and other markets, head to Casino for live table games, or visit Slot Games for a wide selection of titles. Your account gives you access to all of it.

Login Questions Answered

If you have forgotten your password, contact our support team at [email protected]. Provide your registered email address or mobile number so our team can verify your identity and assist you with regaining access. For security reasons, account recovery requires identity verification before any changes are made.

OTP (one-time password) verification is triggered when you log in from a device or browser that newplus does not recognise. This is a security feature that prevents unauthorised access to your account even if someone knows your password. The OTP is sent to your registered mobile number and expires after a short period.

Account locks can occur after multiple failed login attempts as a security measure. They may also occur if a security review has been triggered on your account. Contact support at [email protected] with your registered email or mobile number. Our team will review your account and guide you through the process of restoring access.

Your newplus account is accessible from multiple devices, but for security reasons, logging in from a new device will trigger OTP verification. We recommend using your personal devices and logging out from any device you no longer use regularly. Your balance and account data are always synchronised regardless of which device you log in from.

First, check that your mobile number has a stable signal or data connection. OTP messages are sent to your registered mobile number. If you have changed your number and not updated it in your account, you may not receive OTPs. In that case, contact support at [email protected] so we can help verify your identity and update your account details.

Yes. The newplus app supports full login functionality and gives you access to everything in your account — sports betting, casino games, slots, deposits, and withdrawals. Visit the App page for download information. Your login credentials are the same on the app as on the website.
